For investors

The AI-native agency for run clubs.

Run clubs are the new social scene, and brands want in. Pacely connects them, and does the agency work with AI.

Why now

Run clubs became the social scene.

Saturday long runs replaced Saturday brunch. Run clubs are where people meet, and the runners in them are high-intent and high-spend: shoes, gear, races, recovery, coffee after. Brands and local businesses are desperate to reach them.

The problem

Today, it all happens in the DMs.

Brands reach clubs one Instagram message at a time. Nobody has the tools to do it well.

Which club?

Brands can't tell which clubs fit their customer, or which ones are worth the money.

What's it worth?

Every deal is priced from scratch, so clubs leave money on the table.

Did it work?

After the run, there's no report. Just a few tagged stories and a guess.

How it works

A free tool on the bottom. An AI agency on top.

Layer 2 · on top

The agency

On top, we're building AI that does the work an agency would need a room full of people for:

  • Matchthe right brands to the right clubs
  • Priceevery deal priced locally, so clubs get paid what they're worth
  • Reportwhat actually happened, so brands know it worked
Layer 1 · the base

The tool

Clubs come on through a free tool they use every week to host their runs. One post holds the route, time, meeting spot, and signup, and turns into a story their members actually see. That gets us clubs at basically zero acquisition cost.

Pacely represents the club. Clubs on Pacely get more brands; brands on Pacely get more clubs. Every new club makes the next deal easier.

The product, live today

Clubs use it every week.

Pacely is live on iOS, Android, and the web.

Why us

We know marketplaces, and we know run clubs.

Marketplace builders.

We met at Slice, a marketplace for independent pizzerias, and have built two-sided and three-sided businesses since.

In the clubs every week.

We sell in person in New York, on the start line and at the coffee after. That's the edge software alone can't copy.

AI-native from day one.

A small team ships fast because AI does the work that used to take headcount, in the product and in how we build it.

The team.
